Second hand office furniture is the way to go without a doubt. Recently I was in need of some office furniture and I really lucked out at a local dealer. I needed a filing cabinet and a couple of chairs.

I ended up getting a Steelcase 4 drawer for only sixty bucks. It was used but in great shape. As you may know Steelcase is one of the best if not the best and I picked up this filing cabinet for a steal.

For the office chairs I was able to find two decent chairs for 10 a piece. Honestly they are not great, but for ten bucks they do the trick. If you are not worried about a stain or two $10 second hand office chairs can be the perfect deal. Even if they only last a year you are still making out.

If you happen to be in the market for office furniture it would probably be worth your while to check out second hand office furniture first. Steelcase and Bush Office furniture are 2 of my favorite choices.

Second Hand Office Furniture, Maybe it’s not something you thought about when furnishing your office. Believe me you are missing out. I spent quite a few years growing up working for a company that specialized in second hand office furniture, they sold new office furniture too, but the real deals were in the used furniture. A big company like say ATT&T for example downsizes they close an office, smart furniture dealers go in and buy the whole office for a great price. A lot of this furniture is hardly used, I mean it’s like new. So being a savvy consumer you can get a piece of high line quality used office furniture that’s like new for the same price that you pay for a piece of particle board crap. I’m talking 20 to 30 percent of list, and if you buy multiple pieces you may even get a better deal.

Why not get Steelcase furniture for the price of Sauder, or high line Hon office furniture for the price of some store brand junk.

So the moral to this whole drawn out story is. Sometimes you have or you will want to buy new office furniture, but I recommend you check your options on Second Hand Office Furniture first.
